MAINTENANCE
On-the-Fly Maintenance
Though we offer a maintenance contract, you may not need continual updating. As an alternative we do offer "On-the-Fly Maintenance". We will maintain your site for $40/hr. This includes downloading the page[s] needing to be updated, maintenance of these pages and re-uploading the edited pages to your host. Requested changes will begin within a 48 hour time period (excluding weekends).
Site Maintenance Package
One hour of website maintenance time for a set price of $25/month***. Additional hours may be purchased at our standard rate of $40/hour. You must commit to a full year at this price. This fee includes downloading of page[s], maintenance of said pages and re-uploading the edited pages to your host. Regular site maintenance is performed on Thursdays and Fridays from 9am-5pm CST; we ask that you submit maintenance requests Monday through Wednesday, no later than 5 pm CST. This package offers you a vastly reduced hourly rate option and ensures that your updates will be timely.
***This does not include design of any additional pages. Reduced pricing is for existing pages within your website only.
We also subcontract website maintenance for other designers. Please if you need a helping hand from time to time.
DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION

MadBee WEb Design provides quality ORIGINAL graphics that you won't see anywhere else. Originality is the name of the game and the images on your website should reflect your company's originality!
CUSTOM LOGO DESIGNS
A custom logo design creates a more professional image, regardless of company size, and increases your potential customers' awareness of your business. MadBee Web Design will design your new logo - web or print quality - for under $300. You'll receive the initial mock-ups within 3-5 business days and we'll give you up to three revisions.
When your logo is finished, you will receive all files. W offer the following file formats: .ai for printing/rescaling and .gif/.jpg for web uses. Other formats may be possible.

SIMPLE FLASH DESIGNS
While sites completely designed in Flash impede usability, MadBee Web Design is the first to admit that Flash components, in small doses, gives a website that little boost that it needs (or that you may want). We design simple, yet eye-catching bits of Flash for your site.

For clients local to NE Wisconsin, MadBee Web Design offers private internet lessons. From helping you set up your new computer, to getting you online, to installing software or setting up email accounts, MBW can do it all. We can show you how to make e-mail attachments, back up important information, and keep your computer running at top speed. Lessons at your computer are $50/hour, and in that one hour you will learn to use your computer more enjoyably and efficiently.
MadBee Web Design will help you shop for and set up a new computer - including printers and scanners - and any additional software and hardware that you might need. We will also upgrade an existing system, as well as troubleshooting any problems.

PRINTABLE/DOWNLOADABLE FORMS
MadBee Web Deisgn will convert your your paper or electronic documents to .PDF files. When a viewer selects downloads the form, the .PDF file will open and print exactly as you set it up in Word.
